Tribal Prime Membership Program

The Tribal Prime Membership Program is available to qualified members only. To be eligible, the member must meet the requirements to be a GoldStar® Member and be an enrolled member of a federally recognized Native American tribe. A valid Tribal ID, including enrollment number, must be provided at account opening and/or at the time of loan application to confirm tribal affiliation. Eligible Tribal Prime Membership discounts include:

0.25% — GoldStar® Membership

• Visit GoldStar® Membership page for requirements

0.25% — Direct Deposit

• Minimum $300 cumulative per month for at least three consecutive months prior to discount eligibility.

0.25% — VISA® Line of Credit Loan

• Account must be open a minimum of 180 days with at least 30 transactions within the prior 180 days.

0.25% — Active GoldStar® Checking Account

• Account must be open a minimum of 180 days with at least 30 transactions within the prior 180 days

0.01% to 0.50% — Savings Balance Discount

• Calculated at 0.01% for every $500 in qualifying balances, up to a maximum of 0.50% based on $25,000. Balances are calculated using a 180-day average daily balance across qualifying accounts, including Primary Share, Money Market, Share Draft, and Share Certificate accounts.

Maximum combined discount is up to 1.50%.

All rate discounts are contingent upon the member maintaining GoldStar® Membership. No discounts will apply if GoldStar® Membership requirements are not met.
