First Californian is adopting new policies regarding consumer data privacy and security in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and to provide transparency to all of our members.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how First Californian collects and uses personal information, and the choices you can make. First Californian will accept privacy inquiries from all members, regardless of state.
The CCPA stipulates that consumers have the right to request certain information that First Californian collects and the intended purpose(s) for this information. Consumers are also afforded the opportunity to opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. Finally, consumers have the right to request which specific personal information First Californian has collected from them and request the deletion of that information.
First Californian does not sell personal information. Additionally, most of the information collected by First Californian is not subject to deletion under the CCPA.
